Phil Ward is currently studying Graphic Design with a love of high-impact concepts and typographic designs. His online portfolio demonstrates the love of his practice, and his enjoyment of experimentation in his projects- from branding, to info graphics, to print-based media, and so on.
As described in his bio, Phil's work is consistently bold and adventurous, exploring many subject matters that others may shy away from- found, for example, his 'The New Family' project, in which he exposes the myths and less-than-cheery developments of McDonald's products through packaging in an innovative and creative aesthetic.
Perhaps our favourite project of Phil's is the 'Grey Britain' commission, in which he designed the CD packaging for the album 'Grey Britain' by band 'Gallows', inspired by the anarchic Thatcher-esque melancholy of the country.
