I've always had a passion for art and design, and I've always found myself drawing and sketching on any surface within arms reach. I've also never been able to pay attention for long periods of time or been particularly good at remembering things. Similarly, my design process tends to be pretty chaotic as I jump between ideas and sketches, different mediums and swapping from research to just looking at cool stuff. This allows me to really immerse myself in the design process and explore random whims and tangents as they present themselves.

I've also noticed that I find it difficult to design for the sake of it, I like to be involved and invested in the idea or concept, as that's when I produce the best work and when I'm having the most fun.

My name is Alden Copley, born in Burlington, VT I am currently a Graphic Design student at Suffolk University. Utility, economy and simplicity govern my work, I find that beauty tends to reveal itself through these principles. I see design as a lens through which to view the world. Problems of all varieties can be solved by applying design thinking. My goal is to hone my skills as a visual designer and spread the design mindset to all aspects of my life.

Januar Rianto (b. 1990) is a designer whose passion lie within typography, identity, and publication design. Coming from a multicultural background, he is very open-minded with a sincere interest in sociocultural issues and youth. He is a firm believer in pushing boundaries within every creative avenue he seeks. An awarded member of International Society of Typographic Designers, UK. Currently he's working in Jakarta-based art/design studio, Artnivora (www.artnivora.net). He is also initiated Koma, an on-going guerrilla poster project, with few talented friends.
