Lee Freeman is an artist based in Carlisle, who studied at the University of Cumbria. His work is vibrant, entertaining and fabulously imaginative and unique. He has a portfolio with a great range of ideas and media usage and is clearly a passionate and versatile artist. Tell us more about your featured project?
The project was a second year university brief that asked to design a catalogue of a collection. I'd love to tell you that I had a very wellthought out idea and approach for this project, but I didn't. I just experimented with every type of analogue image making that was available. This included painting, photocopying, databending, projection, ripping, film photography etc. The end product just sort of happened.
