Chris Howker is a recent graduate of Stockport College with a BA (Hons) Design and Visual Arts: Illustration. Influenced by childhood whimsy, play, cartoons and toys, his work wonderfully reflects his sources of inspiration, with a self-confessed "excitement about learning something new".
These influences can be seen throughout the entirety of Chris' online portfolio- whether it be through subject matter, sense of humour, or method of production- his work is truly refreshing, and certainly raises a smile. All too often Graphic Design and Illustration appears pressured by trends, fads, and "style", but Chris defines a style all of his own- truly original and creative- a portfolio of work which we are sure will be remembered, and celebrated throughout the entirety of his design career.
